JCC Lighting recently announced the appointment of a new Chairman. Richard Adey has joined the JCC board to develop the strategic direction of the company and provide additional expertise in new technology development and online systems. He has extensive experience of product innovation, market and channel development, and online marketing.
Richard has worked for a range of major corporations including British Airways and Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) and has operated internationally in America, Europe, North Africa and the Far East. He has two engineering degrees and an MBA from London Business School.
JCC is presently recruiting a new managing director and investing further in both product management and product development to support the market’s requirement for highly efficient and high quality products.
“The lighting market is changing at a remarkable pace with product life cycles halving; our wholesalers need support when deciding on future lighting products”, commented Richard Adey. “JCC already has plans for major LED product launches in 2011 and the opportunity is to quicken the pace even further.
