The LED Group is pleased to announce the recent promotion of John Humphery to UK & European Managing Director.
In his new position, John will draw on his extensive sales and marketing experience to bring fresh energy and a harmonised approach to our European business.
With an HND in Business & Finance, John first joined the LED Group in 2006 as a Regional Sales Manager, where he demonstrated strong leadership skills and delivered record sales results year on year. He was promoted to UK and Ireland Sales & Marketing Director in 2012, where his broad knowledge of the business, market place and his previous track record in Marketing stood him in great stead to drive the business to further success. John joined the main Board of Directors in 2014 and has successfully directed his teams across the UK and Ireland over the last 5 years with a real ‘can do attitude’ culminating in a record year in 2016 for the division.
John says, “The development of a harmonised European sales and marketing approach is a key element of our group growth strategy. I am delighted to take on this new leadership challenge and very much look forward to capitalising on our sales people’s superb capabilities, excellent brand equity and exciting product portfolio in order to maximise our global reach.”
